2019 had massive OL issues and that dominated the season. (Exact same thing happened to Ryan and Rivers in 2019.) Please don't tell me you're one of the people who does not know how to account for what that means. Even under those conditions there were games where he played well.
2020? Goff had 4 bad games out of 17 played. He was not the only problem in those 4 games. In the other 13 including the 2 playoff games they went 10-3. 10 of those 13 games he had a 90 qb rating or better. That means he played decent to good in those 10 games.
