I am not too crazy to think about getting rid of a HC over a QB unless I thought I could correct coarse and be back in it with a new HC.

I think McVay is an above-average coach. So the only way I get rid of him in favor of my QB is if my QB is elite. In this case, our QB isn't close to elite so the analysis ends there for me.
