Now I clearly laid out what I would like to see happen and said that if Akers runs the ball as he did against Sea that will bode well for Wolford. I don't know why that would be a controversial statement for you. He threw for 233 yards with no run game against the Cards two weeks ago. Why is it a stretch that if Cam runs for 130 again Wolf can't pass for 250? Not to mention the Packers can be run on
We speculate every single day... you speculate in this very thread that the Rams will lose by double digits.
Great... you go ahead with your pity party for Goff and sell Wolford. I'm going to ride with McVay and root on the Rams (not the Goff's) and hope they do what they have done more often than not this year. Rise to the occasion against the top teams
Run the ball, play defense, have the QB make a few plays, and no critical errors. That's the formula regardless of QB

I don't have any idea how Wolford will do in GB. Heck, they could knock him out again. He's small and runs recklessly. That may be more likely than him putting up 250 yards, IMO. He's small and runs recklessly. Now he playing hurt. Not good.
I don't have a good feeling about Goff either. Playing with 3 pins in a broken thumb in 20 degree weather is a nightmare.
I don't see much to choose from here. Goff has more experience, and I think the team will rally behind his gutsy play. But who knows if he can even grip the ball in those conditions.
I'm not excited to see either guy to be perfectly honest. Heck, we may end up with Bortles finishing the game. Yuck.
