The Rams were blowing open holes last night from the first run of the game. You would have to be crazy to not do that for as long as possible. NE simply did not have the talent to stop our run. That will not always be the case. Thankfully McVay did not get cute and start unnecessarily throwing the ball which he has done in the past. I think he is finally evolving and recognizing Goff's limitations.
They stopped our running game and Goff stepped up and delivered. Last night's game is not the one to push an anti-Goff agenda. It wasn't about Goff's limitations.
It was just great tactics against a team that struggles to defend the run and has a very limited offense.
