and when the Rams can do that, I'm sure they will. My point however is that when teams successfully stop our running game, I'm skeptical that Goff will be able to step up and deliver. The Rams were blowing open holes last night from the first run of the game. You would have to be crazy to not do that for as long as possible. NE simply did not have the talent to stop our run. That will not always be the case. Thankfully McVay did not get cute and start unnecessarily throwing the ball which he has done in the past. I think he is finally evolving and recognizing Goff's limitations.
