Im not trying to be a downer. Akers looked very good, and the O Line also excelled, and a tip of the hat to blocking TE's and WR's. Our D is very good. But, I have been watching the Pats every week as I had Cam on my fantasy team, and it was very apparent that he was washed up before seeing the game last night. I was super confident that he would not be able to lead the team downfield against our D. As long as we stopped the run, they had no chance. This played out as I expected. Thankfully, McVay was conservative with Goff and did not put the game in his hands. We should see more of the same next week vs Jets, but at some point, we will need Goff to step up and make some plays, and not put team in bad situations.
