I wonder what they have on Fans that fret over status more than results and what QBs have the best fan and fans. I really mean that there is a number fpr tjat O a, sure. For me Goff iis our starting QB and the odds that we have the perfect QB with all the ideal traits and a record to match is ludicrous. You see I just don't care about this up down weekly witch hunt. It has never been applied to the superstars. Goff is paid for his skill and value and the fact that finding legend replacements is darn near impossible. Guys with more acclaim have not endured. Guys with more flaws have had exceptional statisitical success or are given a lot of boost from intangibles that cannot be coached and don't always lead to wins.
Jared Goff is one of the top NFL QBs. All these other weekly metrics are nice for fantasy football and possibly Scotting but fact is Goff was least likely to get credit for his play that was much better than a former SB MVP. That alone tells me he is good enough to win with. Most teams in the league do not have that and so there is that.
If I were as fretful as to take stock in articles like this I would be a miserable fan and person.
I bequeath all that to those who choose to live by the metrics. Better teams better players are not in the running based on those same stats and numbers. I hope we ride under the radar till we cannot be denied. Then I hope our opponents believe this stuff lbecause that will be our edge.
