Justin Houston's salary this year is $12M. The Rams would have to pay him $7.76M if they picked him up after game 5.
Ryan Kerrigan is pretty much in the same boat: $11.5M salary in 2020, meaning the Rams would have to pay him $7.44M.
The Rams currently have about $7M in cap space so they would have to do something to create a little head room before dealing for either of these guys. (Not that it can't be done ..)
