I think you will see an edge rusher early. I am not sure who, but Snead did say earlier this year that with fewer picks, it might be time to go the safer pick route than taking chances on picks. That tells me Terrell Lewis (they video conferenced him) might be out if they are worried about his health. Uche might be out due to only 1 year of production. That leaves Weaver, Okwara, Baun and Greenard. Baun is the most versatile, Weaver and Greenard are the most balanced, Okwara is the best athlete. Reminds me a bit of Floyd TBH. Those would be the guys I would focus on.
You will see a compliment back to Hendo. The longer I think about it, the longer I see Zack Moss as a real good option. He re-ran his 40 and ran a 4.52 40 which is a good time for a guy his size. I am not sure a RB is what the Rams have in mind in round 2. I could easily see Moss at 104 though. I think Eno Benjamin would make a nice 1-2 punch as they are very similar RBs. Maybe a Perine on day 3 as a mini-Moss or Darrynton Evans as a bigtime HR hitter to be the compliment to Hendo.
I think WR should be the other focus in round 2. And I have no idea who could be there. I would say one of Higgins, Aiyuk, Reagor, Shenault, Hamler make the most sense. I have a feeling Mims will be gone, and it might be too early for Pittman in round 2. Aiyuk, Reagor and Hamler are all exciting with the ball in their hands and are deep threats. Shenault and Higgins are bigger WRs. Higgins wins contested and high pointing balls. Shenault is just a fabulous weapon that can win all over the field.
OC I feel is the going to be 1 guy and its not who anyone wants. Nick Harris has had 2 meetings with the Rams including a video call, so I can just see this coming. I do not like it, so don't shoot the messenger, but its how I think this is going. I can see the Rams reaching for him at the end of the 3rd round.
LG - I just see nothing happening here. Noteboom and Corbett are both gonna get the opportunity to show what they have here. Plus they have really only talked to Robert Hunt. If they are looking at a LG, they are hiding it really well.
ILB - Its a depth guy here. Every guy they have met with or talked to is a round 3 or later guy. Akeem Davis-Gaither is the earliest projected picked LBer they have spoken to. Barry, Benard, Brown, Daniel and Harris are all day 3 or later types.
CB - I think you will see a later round pick to add depth.
S - I know people want a safety, and I get why, but it almost has to be Terrell Burgess in the late 3rd to the middle of the 4th round. Everyone else is too early (I just don't see a S in round 2 or early round 3) and everyone after Burgess is just not very exciting IMO. Plus the rams talked to him at the Senior Bowl, their favorite place to find talent.
QB - nope
TE - nope
DL - nope
So I see:
round 2: An edge that can push for early playing time with starter upside and a WR that will work his way into the lineup early with a chance to take over Reynolds.
round 3: A RB like Moss to add a nice combo to Hendo and OC Harris to sit for 1 year then take the OC reins
round 4: S Terrell Burgess to add S depth and add that single high the Rams could use, so if they go to 3 S sets Rapp can sneak into the box.
round 6: CB depth
round 7: an ILB to add more depth.
Like I said, not too much to add.
