We can argue from our perspective till the cows come home, but McVay may not be as stressed on the O line as we are. Gone are Phillips, Fassel, Gurley and Cooks. Most by design. But this developing line, that they drafted for, is being given time to develop and Kromer the time to do it with. As much as I, or anyone may not like it, maybe McVay is shooting for consistency there by giving the unit the ability to gell and isn't interested in messing with it. If we add a rookie, he'll likely be a backup unless he kills it in camp and preseason. With all of the holes that need filling, we just might not put the draft capital in a redshirt.
