I really did not see the Goff that some others saw last year. I saw a guy that played hard, stayed healthy on a team that was struggling around him. I have seen over the years several very good to great QB's struggle with there teams.
I also remember thinking we had gotten so many more lucky calls and bounces the year before. I know teams make there own luck but so many times the game of inches really beat us down last year where the year before we got a deserved break here and there.
I know it will not be popular to say this, but I am actually kinda glad we took this kid number one overall and that he plays for us. I think we can win with Goff.

I'm delighted Goff is a Ram now and for the foreseeable future. Good, durable (knock wood) QB w/a the tools, disposition, and work ethic to be a great one; good citizen on and off the field; likable, and seems well-liked and respected by his teammates. And we KNOW we can win w/Goff - to the tune of 33-15, 2 playoff runs, 2 divison titles, and a Bowl appearance in 3 years.
I look forward to more of the same!
