No matter what criteria you use, I'm pretty sure that's a top-5 record of achievement over that period out of 32 teams - after wallowing in the muck for 10+ years before that.
Being critical of this or that - or this AND that - is one thing. But anyone who wants to broad-stroke condemn Snead, McVay, Demoff - or anyone else who's played a major role over the years - has to contend with the fact that these guys have enjoyed extraordinary success.
