Snead built a good roster, got Rams to superbowl...ya, it took years because Fisher hindered him by insisting on 1970s offense, thus affecting QB choices etc. Trades helped get Rams to super bowl, too (Fowler/Peters/Talib). I see B+ for him. When McVay came in, you see a different GM.....and seeing what FIsher did, you dont need a whole lot of intelligence to see Fisher undermined what Snead can do.
Good Snead: Henry + random others for Goff (trade).

Bad Snead:Yes Gurley and Cooks were bad numbers for Rams. Hav, Higs, great.

Snead's problem is: he is faithful to
compromised players like Austin, Cooks, Olgetree.
