1. they liked the way the line was playing so they wanted to maintain the continuity
2. hav was not "fully" healthy
3. injuries at other positions necessitated making hav inactive
4. they like evans better

I agree. What changed? Who knows. My only pause is that he was a healthy scratch in week 16 when they still had a chance at the playoffs. Why not even active?
I've always liked Havenstein. He's not a perfect player and he has trouble with really good speed rushers. But his overall play prior to last year was good.
