Tavon - previous regime, mistake for sure
Gurley - got market price. Tough job predicting who's gonna break down and who's gonna stay healthy
Havenstein - was hurt last year, would love to see him stay healthy and have a bounce-back season. At $8.125M a year he's the 7th highest paid RT in the league, trailing far behind the leaders Lane Johnson ($18M a year!) and Trent Brown ($16.5M a year!). The Rams can get out from under this contract after this season if they want to: even if they just cut him it's $5.95M in cap savings with only $1.6M in dead money.
Higbee - got a 2nd tier contract and will look like a steal before his contract is over
Cooks - 4 straight 1,000 yard season before last year. Yeah, he got hurt, but with the OL problems the Rams ran a lot fewer deep patters, cutting into Cooks' wheelhouse. Fix the OL (and stay healthy) and look for another 1,000 yard season
Goff - got what every starting caliber QB got over the last 12 years for his second contract: around 15% of the cap. Yes, he needs a good OL to be effective. So get him one ...
AD - Market price? Really? AD set the bar for highest paid defensive player ever (although that didn't last long). And still, he makes it look like a good deal.
