I never thought Hav should have been extended. He's hit or miss as far as performance and as zn has pointed out several times, RT are the easiest to replace on the line. It was never a great idea to pay him $7.5M.
It's always questionable to extend RBs early. I'm sure the Rams knew they were making a calculated risk.
Good point on Cooks. No injury history prior to the extension means it was a good idea but has just gone bad due to later injuries.
