I don't subscribe to PFF, but from what I'm seeing AW had an overall grade of 72.4 from PFF this past season. I can't find a break down of run vs. pass without a subscription.

Per the below link, he had an 88.4 pass blocking grade, an 78.4 in run blocking, and an overall grade of 86 for the 2018 season.

I understand that PFF isn't gospel and can be taken with a grain of salt, but there is a pretty wide gap in these numbers.

Looking at the above link, its pretty shocking to see that Havs was the top rated ROT in all of football for the 2018 season according to PFF. I don't think a bigger drop off would've been humanly possible. Ugghh!

Those numbers are accurate. I subscribe to PFF so I can provide a breakdown for you for the 2019 numbers.

2019: pass blocking - 84.7; run blocking - 55.3.

His pass blocking was slightly lower but that's largely because he had a lot more penalties this year. If it wasn't for the penalties his pass blocking would have surpassed last year's elite rating. He gave up less pressures and sacks this year than in 2017 and 2018. That's probably why he says this was his best year as a Rams.

The run blocking is where the difference is. Throughout his career, he has had wide fluctuations in his run blocking. As a rookie in 2006 and in 2008, he had bad years in run blocking. In 2011, it was 69.9. In 2012, it was 59.4. In 2016, it was 69.1. After a down year it would rebound every time to an above average or elite grade for the next couple of seasons. That's been the pattern.

That's in contrast to his pass blocking which has been rated above average or elite every year of his career with the exception of 2008.

Even given his decline he was the 7th best pass blocking LOT.
