He, along with the rest of the OLine had multiple awful games during the first half, and if I remember correctly they ranked dead last in the entire NFL more than once.
He was as bad as any Ram linemen during that time frame and was a major factor in their poor performance. Combining that with the fact that Havs was maybe the WORST OT in all of football (Bottom 5 for sure), you just can't ignore their terrible play as not being a major factor in the terrible line play.
Yes, AW's play steadied itself in the second half, although penalties were still a big problem, but there is just no way that equaled anywhere near his play throughout his likely HOF career.
