Now is that my opinion? That Wentz was more pro ready? Yes, but a strong one. Since you brought it up, at the time, did some pundits say it was Goff? Sure but I think they were wrong.
Another thing. I do not take the question "who was more pro ready" as "who was better." I personally believed at the time that both Goff and Wentz were good picks. They were just different kinds of qbs.
Being less pro ready AT FIRST does not make you a worse pick. I think the two questions--who was better, who was more pro ready in 2016--are just entirely different questions.
I answer who was more pro ready when drafted as Wentz.
I answer who was the better pick as
both.
