I will say that I seem to recall that neither was especially pro ready of the two I recall Goff getting the edge and for the reasons given in the video
One or two guys tried that based on the idea that Cal played a tougher schedule.
But Wentz was in a pro offense and Goff wasn't.
The consensus is it was Wentz.

On Tuesday, Andy Benoit of The MMQB published a session of "Inside the Film Room" with Wentz. Benoit called him "the most pro-ready QB to enter the NFL since Andrew Luck." That's not light praise.
