But I don’t want to be brought into court if I accidentally touch a woman’s bare shoulder while in a crowded aisle at the grocery store.
'
That does not violate the law. The law explicitly states the touching must be both intentional and sexual in nature.
And reverse things. Why should a woman, including my wife and daughters, as well as yours, have to put up with deliberate unwanted and violative sexual touching just because YOU don't want to be charged with accidently brushing a woman's butt in a grocery line.
I mean, c'mon.
...
Because jail/prison sucks and I don’t want to go there?
Because it's okay if our female friends and family to get sexually harassed physically because you oddly fear a mistake that does not violate the law is weirdly held against you?
And because of that, for you it's okay (as alleged) that a guy can walk into a bedroom where he does not live and touch a sleeping woman who does live there intimately, without her consent or knowledge and against her will?
Cause that's the same as bumping into someone accidently in a grocery line. Even though, among many other differences, the alleged action is against the law and your hypothetical one isn't.
