QB, PHILADELPHIA EAGLES

Eagles signed QB Luis Perez, formerly of the AAF's Birmingham Iron.
Perez spent last summer in Rams camp learning his first NFL offense under Sean McVay. He obviously didn't make the team and spent this winter in the AAF where Perez was third in the eight-team league in pass yards but sported a woeful 5.6 YPA. His receivers didn't help him at all, however, with a ton of drops, but Perez isn't absent of blame. He simply did not look like an NFL-caliber backup. Nate Sudfeld is still the heavy favorite to be Carson Wentz's No. 2.
