Truth in advertising requires me to inform you that I am not a fan of small wrs. Don't like Brown and not a huge fan of Renfrow. I like 6' wrs. Its a positional bias I am well aware of.
Isabella put a ton of numbers up, but it was against coastal Carolina and Liberty and the like. He also had a monster game against Georgia. Was that against starters? I never saw the game. But his 2 long tds were in the second half against what I would guess were backups.
Imo, he just won't be able to be an outside threat against NFL corners. I think he could motion outside and hopefully get a favorable matchup to get deep, but it won't be his bread and butter.
I went and looked at his Georgia game. The 75 yard td was on a flea flicker against the 2nd unit. 45 yarder was against 2nd team as well. He was a tough matchup, and his QB got killed, but most of his damage came from screens and underneath stuff. And that's where I see him doing his damage in the pros.
