Well, yeah, my thinking is that if a collaborative (and not In Charge Type) GM is part of a process where they stack the board together and then stick to it, the only real decision that counts was the one to do things THAT way. The principal guys involved share credit/blame.
I know you see it differently and that's fine. I really do stand by my take on this though. Done...so see you next topic.
