The poster said he "would rank proficiency at drafting among the top 5 things that contribute to team success". My response was to that comment. And at least in this case it does not appear to correlate. I never suggested drafting was the only thing. However I do find it curious how I team can manage sustained success without drafting well. It seems like over time it should catch up. If not, perhaps all this agonizing about drafting well is for naught.
