Mcvay stuck with his plan, that was not working up till half time, and refused to adjust after.
Goff and the OL suffered because Mcvay didn't do enough to help them out.
Yes, Goff was off due to first time Super Bowl nerves and no Gurley or a sign of a running game.
There's plenty of blame (including WRs) to go around but I put most of it on Mcvay.
