A "poor throw" is way too hyperbolic for what happened there. A "poor throw" is not a TD but for a special play by the DB.

Poor throws are over his head, or in the dirt, or a yard or 2 off target right or left.

I said I wouldn't quibble much if someone said it wasn't a perfect throw, but then...again...it was a TD but for an exceptional play by the DB. Personally I don't get why it's so hard to acknowledge that but I guess people see things differently sometimes.

I just think people are too hard on that play.

If you're going to critique Goff I would go after him for not seeing .checkdowns, which he did a few times.
