The Rams will not be physically dominated. That's a big factor.
Also, what we're really talking about here is protection by the Oline, and blocking by TEs and RBs. Frankly, I think the Rams are in better shape in that regard than the Warner-Faulk Rams that were a finesse offense.
For sure the Pats D is good and has the best coach in football doing the scheming. But...they are not physically dominant, nor are they a top D.
I am not about to predict an outcome. Goff's youth is NOT going to help things. First timers to the Superbowl don't usually fare well. On the other hand, the Rams seem like a team of destiny this year and they seem to feel it. That means that should the Pats get on top, the Rams aren't likely to crumble.
Where the Rams have an advantage is that they have a physically dominating front 3 or 4, and our linebackers though small are fast.
To me, Wade has to scheme to control Gronk, and to be sure that Brady doesn't have much time to get the ball off. And, he's going to have to mix coverages because if the Rams sit in zone all day, Brady will pick them apart with 5 yard passes to guys who can run.
