Ya, he is the head coach, but all of us arm chair qbs know the personnel
isn't all the problem. The 1 gap scheme with 2 ILBers who were safeties
in college doesn't work against:
Saints
Eagles
Dallas
Seattle

Why? THey all have smart, good O lines that can control versus a 1 gap 3-4 scheme.

McVay can't get Wade to 'change' it up..can't get Peters to be a mature man, and can't get Suh to where he could
be. His 'accountability' ain't working---this is an authority issue. DBs are not taclking with shoulders--this isn't NFL defense. He is in over his head.

THIS WILL ALL CHANGE NEXT SEASON (i hope now, but I doubt it)---no more MR Nice guy in 2019.
