McVay had not coached a regular season game. He had no track record and frankly lots of people, and I include myself, questioned hiring such a young HC.
He ripped Fisher and his staff and I can't find one thing he said that wasn't true about the coaches working with Goff in 2016.
I'm certain Martz has a different view of McVay now...with 1 2/3 seasons under his belt.
