From what I remember..

his arm was definitely moving forward.. but I guess I didn't know the rule cuz I thought as long as the ball was still in his hand, it was considered a fumble.. But I guess the rule states it can be in his hand and still considered an incomplete pass as long as his arm is moving forward... Kinda stupid, imo.. makes more sense to me that if the ball hasn't left his hand yet, its a fumble.. Not an incomplete pass, not a tuck rule... But, if I'm a Chiefs fan I probably love the rule the way it is..
