Did Mahomes actually fumble on the TD that was overturned?

I have watched that play a dozen times and can't figure out why they overturned that call
Scenario: Rams up 40-30... Chiefs have the ball and its 2nd and 9. Mahomes goes back to pass and Ebukam who is playing out of his mind is closing in on Mahomes after throwing LT Eric Fisher aside like a rag doll. Mahome cranks his arm forward but as it is coming forward and prior to the ball leaving his hand Westbrooks knocks the ball out
Isn’t that a fumble? Look at the rule below. What am I missing. Mahomes arm wasn’t hit as it was moving forward the ball was hit and before it left his hand!!!
