Last 15 years, only 2 SB winning QBs have no shot at HOF

The only 2 who aren't making the HOF for sure are Flacco and Foles.

And Foles isn't the reason they got there. It was all Wentz, without Wentz, the Eagles aren't in any position to get to the SB.

The important point here is that with the new rules favoring QBs and the passing game, a top tier QB is almost a necessity. Some may say that Manning wasn't very good when he won his last SB with Denver, but that was a result of a great defense and an old all-time great QB managing the game to perfection.
