Gurley turns 3 yards to 8 yards...a 8 yard reception to a 20 yard reception.
As for the others...I positive Gurley did a lot more for them than they did for Gurley. However, this is a team game. So they all play a role.
I think Goff has a good year...not great. And Gurley helped him out significantly with passing yards taking screen passes for 10+ yards a pop. Woods had a great year for Woods. Kupp has a very good rookie year but if he was a vet, it would have been ok. The point being, IMO, Gurley was the main entree, Goff the veggies and the rest were spices.
Leaving everything else out of it for the moment, I focus on just one thing for now--basically, I disagree with your take on Woods. IMO Woods did not have a good year for Woods. That WAS Woods, that's who he is, and he's capable of more if they need it from him.
I said when they first signed Woods that it's easy to underestimate him because it's easy to misconstrue the stats from Buffalo. But if you look at what he did there when Watkins wasn't playing, you got a clearer picture of him. He stood out when it was just him. That's the Woods I expected with the Rams in 2017 and if anything as I said he's capable of more.
So the way I see it, Woods was not just good "for Woods," that's who Woods IS and that's what we will see from him as a Ram this year and after. Or rather we will see AT LEAST that much.
I think Woods was a great signing and he will keep paying dividends.
