Sorry but barring injury he isn't going to be released if he keeps putting up the numbers at this rate. Face it ,without TG the Rams would have been lucky to win 6/7 games last year. His ability to attack the defense from all over the field is impossible to duplicate with any other player on this team. Depending on his contract demands he is signed or tagged, imo.
I don't think anyone is suggesting he will be released.
Either way, with a 5th year and a tag, he is a Ram until after 2020.
The question is whether he will get a 2nd contract with the Rams after that.
