Once he demands a trade, the Rams having leverage idea goes out the door. At that point it just becomes who's most stubborn and willing to force their will on the other party.
AD would need money. The Rams would need to have the highest salaried and most talented player on the team playing.
If he demands a trade, I doubt he likes the team he goes to. He won't end up in NE, that's for sure. lol
How did ED like Indianapolis? How many SB's did he get to there...or anywhere else for that matter. I loved ED and hated to see him go (and would love to see AD stay a Ram as well) but one player does not make a whole team. Especially a DT as great as AD. I would say ED was as "special" as AD is. Even ED has since said he made the wrong choice and would do it differently if he had the chance.
Maybe AD would like playing on a Cleveland team that can go 0-16 every year...but at least he will get his money. lol If getting traded to Cleveland counts as "leverage"...more power to him.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
