How many players drafted after the first 85 picks are starting on the Rams?

After round 3? I don't know the normal percentages for hits in rounds 4-6.

I am counting not just Rams starters but traded players who started elsewhere.

It;s hard to do this. If I count Ebukam (projected starter) and Cooper (pro bowl returner) and Higbee then there;s also Zuerlein and Gaines.

So that's 5 of 21.

Just under 25%. Which is WAY above league norms.

It's not solid though, because a couple of guys on that list may not remain starters.

So we'll see.

I don't count Ebukam, he's not a starter yet, I don't count promissory notes. Higbee hasn't shown me much, more of a disappointment than anything. Cooper and Zuerlein are fine ST players. Gaines is ok when healthy, but sure I'd count him.

The way I see it, we got 2 fine ST players and a solid CB out of 21 picks. The rest are either disappointments, TBDs, or discards.

I don't know what the league norm is but my guess is that its somewhere around 10-15%. And thats what I'm talking about. We are taking shots here should not be getting discouraged by the Rams picking a guy who we don't know all that much about and who probably won't make it anyway.

Then you only do 2012-2016 where their record is still good.

I'm not a big fan of Noteboom as the pick at #87
