Reason I ask for in-season, is, cuz, well, I'm a picky so and so, and it's relevant, IMO. Not his age
now. As in, again, to be crazy picky, Cooks is 24 now. But his in-season age is 25 for 2018.
Anyway . . . the reason this is important, at least to me? If he's a "developmental"guy, then being 24 as a rook isn't as good as being 21 -- like Gurley was, for instance.
I'm guessing he's at least 23, but likely 24, cuz he redshirted in 2013, and most college players are 19 going in. I suspect cuz more and more of them are doing "prep" years.
I was 18 as a frosh. Both semesters. Then again, I didn't play football, cuz, well, I wanted to give other kids a chance at Maryland. With my amazing size and speed, I didn't think it was fair to knock someone out of contention. So I did other things, like eat a lot of pizza and go to keggers.
