Well remember they're Rams fans. And it is perfectly fine to be skeptical about a player. If as you say Cooks does well--and signs to be a Ram next year--then, people who may have initially had doubts will turn it around and appreciate the guy.

I don't know why they would be silent. They're Rams fans...and if Cooks is productive, they will be on board with it, don't you think?

And I don't say that as a Cooks skeptic. The little I know about him, he seems like a good addition.

I hope he goes back to his catch percentage from before New England, which dipped last year. But then roughly speaking the Rams offense is more like the Saints offense than it is like the Patz offense, so yeah that probably happens.
