Aggressive
Least I agree with Rams43
I see the motivation.
A.
Major money play, and sports franchise agenda in building a very expensive stadium. Selling those tickets, making that arena a dramatic place to see entertainment, and doing all they can to improve the cornerstone club of that new facility is an intense campaign. Lot of money, lot of ego.
B.
Big city, big eyes. The owner is not hanging around quiet types in this city. There a plenty of folks with serious financial clout, high profile lifestyles, and certainly aren't in the habit of being "Silent Stans" at social backdrops.
Look. I tell right now I am still shocked at how amazing.......AMAZING.....the rebound of Todd Gurley was.
You taste that kind success the club enjoyed last year and be that kind of close to getting to the next level?
I think you let the coaches, and GM go to town to the successive year......and you tell you want it as exciting as they can possible make it.
I see this as aggressive. WIN NOW... assertiveness
I hope it works.
If it doesn't I still be okay with it, but standing pat in a "developmental" approach just doesn't keep the players toes close enough to the fire
Find it interesting that Wade and co cut Ogletree, and sign Suh.
Tells a bit of a story, I think. The DL is the key and LBs are the support.
Either way....
Game is on !!!
