There are however a couple of worrisome mistakes with personnel actions and contracts that no superbowl team I can think of tends to make. Like it or not that kind of stuff strongly suggests that this front office group plus head coach are not hitting on all cylinders yet and may have some issues with how they do things. It would be goofy to not at least discuss that possibility.

So. There are no "results" to discuss yet.

So we discuss the details of the process.

That is always fair and good. Hash things out, see how they look. Never anything wrong with that and it's actually negligent NOT to discuss it.
