He had a very rough rookie season, then a very good year in 2013, but came down to earth with his normal streakiness in 2014, to the point where the Eagles traded him away for a different qb, tossing in draft picks in the process.
And he was very streaky in 2015. When he crashed in 2015 it was a new low for a team that had had to start the likes of Clemens, Hill, and Keenum---all of whom did better than he did, at least insofar as they did not melt down.
He even had bad consecutive games in 2017.
The record tells me Foles runs hot and then very cold. I have no reason to think he has suddenly turned into a consistent player from now on.
I personally would not want that as my starter.
