And in my opinion, your theory is not valid. Gurley averaged 4.8 in 2015 and 4.7 in 2017. So, the comparison, in my opinion, does not hold. McVay didn't come along and do what you think happened to Faulk to Gurley.
BTW, that theory was off, too, but that's another story in my opinion.
