I am Pro Goff = Good Enough

I have been and will remain Pro Goff. I see a kid with talent, he just had a HUGE learning curve, McVay and the rest of this staff will get him where they need him to be, May not be this season but I do believe by the seasons end there will be more hope than despair.

I do not give a damn about draft picks spent on him, I do not rate a persons ability based on where he/she went in the draft, all I care about is can the person do what they were drafted to do? I believe the answer with Goff will be Yes. But he does still have quite a bit to learn and what I saw last night showed me exactly where he is, I believe after the strip sack he got too down on himself, I saw him on the sideline very animated for a brief moment, I believe that what happened to him after the strip sack was strictly him trying to be overly cautious. the ball came out of his hands as if he was trying to throw a watermelon on a few passes afterwards.

Perfect learning experience for him and McVay will work on him and he will become better because of it.

Before the Draft I stated both Goff and Wentz would have good careers but I believed Goff would have a longer and better career by the time all was said and done and I stick by that statement today.

Of Course the year before I stated I wanted Gordon over Gurley, and their rookie seasons made me eat Crow. However I didn't see any Crow on my plate last season lol
