Agree that it doesn't serve much purpose to be talking about ceiling when we just want to see if he can play.
As I've been saying, all I want out of the PS is to see that Goff doesn't look horrible. Don't want to see Bortles bad or Lynch bad.
For me, Goff just needs to look competent in the PS. Can he get the ball to the open guy with anticipation and accuracy? Dont turn the ball over looking lost. He doesn't have to drop dimes 60 yards down the field, just look competent.
Will he do that tonight? Don't know. But we shall see.
