On Snead...I feel like we're all giving our GM and the rest of the personnel department a free pass right now. I'm excited about the new coaching staff too, but I'm very concerned about our ability to build a roster moving forward. Snead has demonstrated poor decision making pretty consistently on the contract front, and our drafting has been questionable at best.

Still others have dealt with the fact that Snead doesn't handle contracts.

Now, let me ask you a question about your concern about the Ram's ability to "build a roster moving forward" under the new HC regime. How do you feel about this new draft class, FA incoming and outgoing decisions, and the new UDFA's?

Don't know about you, but I love this offseason. Might be best since '99, if you factor in the coaching upgrades. Snead and McVay seem to be operating hand in glove, tbh.

I believe that your Snead "concerns" have evaporated. Lol.
