Yes, they fired a few scouts right before the draft...as far as Snead goes, it's hard to say cuz we really don't know which of the hits and which of the misses are his choices. I do know he inherited an old and talentless roster and has gathered some pretty good young players who will probably be much better with the new coaching staff.
