Concerned about Snead, and a question

First of all, does anyone know if we fired any of our scouts this year? Or is that staff unchanged from Fisher to McVay?
On Snead...I feel like we're all giving our GM and the rest of the personnel department a free pass right now. I'm excited about the new coaching staff too, but I'm very concerned about our ability to build a roster moving forward. Snead has demonstrated poor decision making pretty consistently on the contract front, and our drafting has been questionable at best.
