there are 32 teams in the NFL.
there were 25 teams with 1000 yard receivers.
So even using that as a yardstick, you would have 7 teams falling short.
I think the original poster is confusing a #1 receiver with being a pro bowl receiver and I also think the poster is minimizing 1000 yards.
Of course, I see his point somewhat because Britt fell into that category and he wasn't all that productive and had the 9 in the box advantage where he had no coverage on him all year because opposing teams wanted to shut down Gurley.
So, yes, circumstances matter, but he didn't even like Baldwin and others like him and they guys were highly productive. And he doesn't like Fitzgerald, and that guy is a Hall Of Fame player.
