Putting a first time EVER OC Boras in charge was the biggest mistake Fisher made. Then, Fisher's loyalty to him was his down fall. Things just kept getting worse and Fisher basically accepted his fate. It was time. Fisher was tired. He looked tired. 20+ years of being a HC in the NFL finally took it's tole.
The team went in a downward spiral never to recover.
